*** IMPORTANT CHANGE... For the past several years our conference has run from Sunday night through Wednesday. That is changed for 2025, with the conference starting on MONDAY night and ending around lunchtime on THURSDAY. ***

Conference Fee $349
The conference fee does not need to be paid when you register. Fees can be paid online with a credit card, by mailing us a check or paid at the door. Make sure to save the invoice you receive via email if you need to pay online later.
 
Meals

Our contracted hotels all offer daily breakfast included with your room. We will provide lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday for conference attendees. Evening activities may include food and/or beverage - more info to come on that. 

 

Lodging in Seaside

We are working with the same five hotels as last year, and will soon be adding a sixth. Our hotel partners offer discounted rooms during peak travel season, including daily breakfast with the price of your room. All properties are within a block of the conference center. Information and links have been updated on our Accommodations page.
